After the expansion of production in December, Xinzhenhua will achieve large-scale standardized production of V-slots by 2026, with a monthly equipment capacity of 10 million sets. Xinzhenhua has recently introduced a high-precision Toshiba cutting machine specifically for high channel V-groove cutting. The thickness of the cover plate has reached 0.1mm, and the number of channels required has been expanded from 36 channels and 40 channels to 48 channels and even 72 channels.
